FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Vezta

General

What is Vezta?

Vezta is a prediction market trading terminal that aggregates markets from Polymarket and Kalshi into a single interface. It provides real-time data, advanced analytics, copy trading, AI signals, and portfolio management -- all in one place. Think of it as the Bloomberg Terminal for prediction markets.

Is Vezta custodial? Do you hold my funds?

No. Vezta is non-custodial. Your funds are held on the underlying platforms (Polymarket or Kalshi) through a sub-wallet system. Vezta routes your trades to the correct platform and tracks your positions, but never takes custody of your assets.

What blockchains does Vezta support?

Vezta supports Solana and EVM-compatible chains for wallet authentication. For trading, Polymarket markets settle on Polygon (using USDC), and Kalshi markets settle in USD.

Do I need an access key?

Yes. Vezta is currently in early access. You need an access key to create an account. Access keys are available through referral links from existing users or through official Vezta channels.

Trading

What are the fees?

Fees depend on the underlying platform where the trade is executed. Polymarket and Kalshi each have their own fee structures. Vezta does not add additional fees on top of the platform fees during the early access period.

How does market resolution work?

Each prediction market has defined resolution criteria set by the source platform. When the outcome of an event is determined, the market resolves. YES shares on the winning outcome pay $1.00, and losing shares pay $0.00. Resolution is handled by the source platform (Polymarket or Kalshi), not by Vezta.

What order types are available?

In Lite mode, market orders and limit orders are available. In Pro mode, additional order types include take profit/stop loss, fill-and-kill (FAK), fill-or-kill (FOK), good-til-canceled (GTC), TWAP, and trailing stop loss.

Can I sell my shares before a market resolves?

Yes. You can sell your shares at any time on the open market. If the probability has moved in your favor since you bought, you can lock in a profit without waiting for resolution.

Features

What is the difference between Lite and Pro mode?

Lite mode provides a clean, simplified trading experience suitable for casual users. It includes market browsing, basic trading, portfolio tracking, and the leaderboard. Pro mode unlocks advanced features including wallet tracking, full copy trading configuration, sniper orders, anti-MEV protection, real-time news feeds, advanced order types, and API access. You can switch between modes at any time in settings.

How does copy trading work?

Copy trading lets you automatically replicate the trades of top performers. In Lite mode, you can one-click copy a trader from the leaderboard. In Pro mode, you get granular configuration including budget-per-trade limits, market filters, and position sizing rules. When the trader you follow places a trade, Vezta executes the same trade on your account.

How do rewards work?

Vezta rewards active participation. You earn points through trading volume, daily login streaks, completing missions, referrals, and platform engagement. Points contribute to your ranking and may unlock future benefits.

What are AI Signals?

AI Signals analyze market data, news sources, and social media sentiment to identify trading opportunities. The system surfaces signals with confidence scores, relevant news context, and linked markets. AI Signals are available in Pro mode.

Platform

Can I use Vezta on mobile?

Yes. Vezta has native iOS and Android apps with full feature parity. The mobile app includes push notifications, biometric login, and an optimized touch interface. Your account syncs seamlessly between web and mobile.

Is my data safe?

Vezta uses industry-standard security practices. Authentication is wallet-based with JWT tokens. Web sessions use httpOnly cookies for refresh tokens. The mobile app stores sensitive data in the device's secure enclave. All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS and WSS.

How do I contact support?

Visit the Help section in the app or reach out through the official Vezta channels on X/Twitter and Discord. Support links are available in the footer of the web app and in the More tab on mobile.
