Status of the Vezta mobile app
A native Vezta mobile app is in design but not yet shipped. The production trading interface today is the web app at vezta.io, which is fully responsive and works well on phones and tablets in mobile browsers.
Current Status
- Designs -- Complete. 5-tab bottom nav (Home, Markets, Portfolio, Social, More), 61 screens, 29 reusable components, Lite/Pro toggle, bottom-sheet trading panel. Designs live in
plans/mobile/. - Implementation -- Phased rollout planned with Expo SDK 55 + React Native + NativeWind v4 + Reanimated v4. Code is not yet in the repository.
- Backend support -- Push notification module, app-version module, and device-token endpoints already exist on the backend, ready for the mobile client.
- Telegram bot -- An interactive Telegram trading bot (
@vezta_bot) is in active development as a faster way to ship a "mobile-feeling" trading experience while the native app is being built. Seeplans/vezta-bot/.
What to Use Today
Until the native app ships, you have two good options on mobile:
Mobile Browser
Open vezta.io in Safari or Chrome on your phone. The web app supports wallet connections via mobile wallets (Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask) using WalletConnect / deeplinks. All trading, portfolio, and social features work.
Telegram (coming soon)
The interactive Telegram trading bot (@vezta_bot on prod, @dev_vezta_bot on staging) will let you trade, deposit, and check positions without leaving Telegram. The signal-dispatch bot (@vezta_signal_bot) is already live and posts insider alerts to @vezta_signals.
What the Native App Will Have
When it ships, the mobile app will have full feature parity with the web terminal plus mobile-native capabilities:
- 5-tab navigation: Home (feed + balance), Markets (browse + trade), Portfolio, Social, More
- Bottom-sheet trading for a tactile order entry experience
- Push notifications for price alerts, order fills, market events, copy trades, and insider signals
- Biometric login via Face ID / Touch ID using
expo-local-authentication - Secure token storage in
expo-secure-store(device secure enclave) - Haptic feedback on key interactions
- Native share for PnL cards and referral codes
- Offline cache of recently viewed markets
